龍發1260㎡私宅定制商業空間規劃,采用2:8原則,20%的空間完成80%的後台工作,80%的空間展現20%的明星設計師,以“人”爲展示的空間布局。每個設計辦公區與洽談區的劃分,不是依靠常用的牆體分隔,而是利用三維空間的高低差,自動形成兩個獨立又通透的區域。用台階形成錯層,形成高低錯落的空間結構,UP-展現明星設計師的工作/日常,工作即是舞台。Down-下沉的溝通交流區,減少了對工作的幹擾,拉近與客戶的溝通距離。

元素的使用,我們希望它是一個有文化,有設計知識含量的高級空間,將辦公室與展廳的概念模糊掉,形成一個像圖書館一樣的場所。1W本書置身于場景中,將"書"作爲文化載體,也是設計的符號和媒介,他們絕不只是擺場的裝飾,他們爲設計師提供靈感,爲客戶做引導,讓每一個工作區域都有幹貨。

視覺上,很難用某一種特定風格去界定這個大空間,5個區域,各有不同,風格迥異,差異極大,這不是一個大一統的設計,卻又十分協調的存在于一個空間中。在這裏,每一個客戶都能找到打動內心的地方。設計分兩種,一種是高度統一,一個概念,形成氣勢磅礴的震撼感。而另一種,是高密度的信息輸出,讓你目不暇接的發現處處有驚喜,龍發正是如此。
